Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: The CruiseWorld contest, sponsored by Princess Cruises ("Contest") is open to travel advisors who have registered for a Full Access Pass to attend CruiseWorld before May 1st, 2024. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CruiseWorld and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Contest begins on March 26th, 2024 and ends on April 30th, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time ("Entry Period").
Prize Details: Ten (10) winners will be randomly selected to receive one (1) double occupancy balcony room on the Sun Princess inaugural sailing on October 11th, 2024 till October 14th, 2024. Winners are responsible for paying all travel costs associated with arrival to Fort Lauderdale plus applicable taxes, fees, and port expenses, which amount to $170 per person. Deviation from official event dates is not permitted.
Entry Requirements: To enter the Contest, participants must register for CruiseWorld before the end of the Entry Period. Only one entry per person is allowed.
Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible travel advisor registrations received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible registrations received.
Notification: Winners will be notified via email within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Acceptance: To claim the prize, winners must comply with all instructions provided in the notification email. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners grant CruiseWorld the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for promotional purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
General Conditions: CruiseWorld and/or Princess Cruises reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time for any reason. The decisions of CruiseWorld /Princess Cruises regarding all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CruiseWorld, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of or related to their participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any action or proceeding arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of record of the State of New York in New York County or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Client consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to the laying of venue of any such civil action or proceeding in such courts.
