What are you doing to create a safe environment for all attendees?
Our goal at CruiseWorld is to provide a safe environment for all attendees. We will follow all official government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations regarding masks and vaccine requirements.
We will closely monitor all of the guidance and recommendations of both the CDC, local government authorities and host partners. Based on their recommendations the protocols may be adjusted. We will continue to keep all registered attendees updated.

What is the STAR Program?
CruiseWorld’s STAR (Select Travel Advisor Recognition) Program is a hosted opportunity designed to support the success of travel advisors by immersing each "STAR" in an enhanced and intensive VIP CruiseWorld experience.
STARs are exposed to exclusive networking opportunities with peers and suppliers, provided exclusive event programming and onsite accommodation.
Advisors selected to participate will operate in a variety of business models and will possess a wide range of expertise and experience. The common qualifying trait of a CruiseWorld STAR is a strong commitment to professional development.

Does CruiseWorld offer education and showcase exhibitors outside of the cruise industry?
Yes! Don't let the name fool you. CruiseWorld offers education and showcases exhibitors in every facet of travel: air, land, sea, and even professional services and business tools. Destinations, tour operators, airlines, attractions, hotels and resorts, car rental and transportation companies (and so much more) are all represented at CruiseWorlds trademark one day Exhibitor Showcase.

Do I have to commit to my workshops and breakout sessions in advance?
Yes and no. We request you pre-register for sessions and workshops in advance to best prepare for your comfort (and the comfort our our speakers) by allocating the appropriate size meeting room for each session. Pre-registration also ensures we are best prepared at catered sessions. If you elect to change your mind onsite - you are of course free to attend an alternate session in the time bank.

I attended in 2023. Should I come back in 2024?
Yes, definitely! The size and diversity of CruiseWorld's Exhibitor Showcase grows each year and you will certainly meet new partners to support your business in 2024 and beyond. General Session content is new each year, and new breakout workshops are offered to keep you up to date with current trends, new destination markets and best business practices for for growth and finding success.

How much does it cost to attend and what does the price include?
Register early for the lowest rates.
Registration includes access to all general sessions, supplier and peer workshops and panels, the Exhibitor Showcase, ship tours, and meals.

What is the event attire?
Look sharp! Business casual is the recommended attire for the duration of the conference. Most importantly, while onsite you will do a lot of walking so please make sure to pack comfortable shoes.

What do I need to complete my registration?
You'll need a valid credit card for registration payment.

We have a number of different exhibitor packages. Our packages allow you to craft an exhibit space – and meeting space, if you choose – to support your business development needs. You decide which package helps you accomplish your goals and we’ll take care of the rest.

In addition to the 600+ general admission CruiseWorld attendees, 225 select advisors are hosted as "STARs" and immersed in an enhanced and exclusive VIP CruiseWorld experience.
CruiseWorld STARs operate in a variety of business models and possess a wide range of expertise and experience providing a excellent and diverse demographic in attendance at the show. Each STAR is pre-qualified to meet professional standards, and each committed to growth and exploration of new business development opportunities - AND ... they all want to meet YOU!
Suppliers are provided with a schedule of up to 20 virtual, pre-scheduled meetings with our STARs. This will maximize the potential for meaningful connections and the opportunity to showcase your brand effectively.
